Payment, Rescheduling, and Cancellation policies

Payment for all services is required in full at completion of services.

New client first appointment:

Advance payment is required for new clients’ first appointment. This secures the appointment for you.

  • You can reschedule with more than 48 hours notice at no additional charge.
  • Cancellation can be made with more than 48 hours notice and you will receive a full refund of any payment made to secure the booking.
  • If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, 50% of the advance payment will be charged. The remainder will be put towards the rescheduled appointment, or refunded in the case of cancellation.
  • If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, no refund will be made.
  • Repeated last-minute rescheduling or cancellation may result in you being blocked from future bookings with our service.

Refund processing of advance payments for cancelled bookings

  • Refunds will be calculated based on the time stamp of the cancellation notification from Google.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days.

Returning clients

If you are a regular client, and are not asked to make an advance payment to secure your booking, the following rules apply:

  • Returning clients may be invited to book directly without requiring an advance security payment. This is at the discretion of the waxing professional. Being a returning client is no guarantee of this facility being made available.
  • Cancellation/rescheduling a booking with more than 48 hours notice will not incur any charges.
  • If you cancel/reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, 50% of the fees for the cancelled/rescheduled booked services will be due at the next appointment, on top of the fees for that appointment.
  • If you cancel/reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, 100% of the fees for the cancelled/rescheduled booked services will be due at the next appointment, on top of the fees for that appointment.
  • Repeated last-minute rescheduling or cancellation may result in you being blocked from future bookings with our service, or being asked for advance payment to secure future bookings, these at the discretion of the waxing professional.
